Use of our Sales & Service Line is restricted to sales or customer service issues only. Appropriate uses of this line include:

  • Technical support (product does not behave according to documentation)

Use of our Training Line is restricted to product training issues only. Appropriate uses of this line include:

  • How to use products
  • How to customize / modify products

Use of our Training Line is a paid service. To improve the efficiency of communication when using the Training Line, we may set up an online meeting (using Go To Meeting) so that we can view your screen or you can view ours as we discuss the issue at hand. Blocks of training time can be pre-purchased in different amounts. Please click here to view rates and purchase training.

Upon calling the Training Line, if you have not pre-purchased a block of training time, you will be asked to provide your credit card information for this purpose. Training-related calls placed to our Sales Line will be redirected to our Training Line and billed accordingly.
